    a. Check-In 12:00 PM and Check-Out 11:00 AM.

    b. Cancellation or changes (Amendment of dates) has to be informed in writing before 48 hours for FIT booking and before 7 days for GIT (Group) Bookings to avoid retention charges.

    c. Non- Guaranteed reservations are subject to availability after 16:00 Hrs. on the date of arrival.

    d. Requests for early Check-ins & Late Check-Outs are subject to availability. Early Check in before 8:00 hrs may be considered subject to retention charges being paid for the previous night & late Check-Out considered till 1:00 pm on request without any charges.
